“Smart Cloud” Company, in cooperation with external consulting and design centers, provides electronic and mechanical design and manufacturing services to commercial and industrial sectors, maintenance and operation companies, and scientific and engineering departments in universities.
The objectives of this department include:
Providing innovative products that stem from local needs and requirements
Developing products that can withstand high temperatures as an alternative to foreign products
Manufacturing replacement parts for imported systems or equipment whose spare parts are not available or expensive
Improving imported systems, machines, or equipment to add advanced features to them

Electronic Design
We, with our partners, design and manufacture electronic circuit boards of various types according to the required specifications.

We take into account the special local requirements for manufacturing electronic circuit boards that can withstand high temperatures or extreme operating conditions.
Mechanical Design
“Smart Cloud” Company, with its various partners, designs and manufactures mechanical parts using modern CNC machines that provide the highest possible accuracy. This includes metal parts as well as 3D printing products from different materials such as:

Multi Jet Fusion (MJF)

Signal converter
In one BMS project, control units were installed for the ventilation fans in the parking lots. Due to the lack of coordination between the consultant and the contractor implementing the project, they later discovered that the units could not be controlled from the BMS system due to the incompatibility of the control signals.
Traditionally, the solution is either to replace the control unit shown in the picture or to add new expensive units to the existing BMS system with the required extensions. Both solutions are expensive or difficult to implement.
The solution we presented was an electronic board that works as a translator and converts signals coming from the BMS system into signals that the fan control units understand.

Compartment Pressure Tester
This device was designed for a medical company to manufacture and market it. The device is distinguished from its global equivalents in that when used, it is linked to the hospital's patient database and transfers the readings to the database directly without human intervention to ensure its accuracy.
Contactor conversion kit
Sometimes the solution to a big problem is based on a simple and small design, such as this one. There was a severe shortage of American contactor units that were widely used in the building's equipment and in the local market. The counterfeit alternatives offered at the time caused damage to devices whose prices were tens of times the price of the contactor. There were European alternatives, but they were not suitable because of the installation method and the terminals despite their quality.
The solution we presented was to manufacture mechanical parts to be added to the European contactor units as shown in the picture. This allowed the high-quality European contactor units to replace their American counterparts.
High-temperature tolerance measurement board
In one project, there was a pump room located underground in an area that is constantly exposed to the sun. The temperature inside it rose to levels that do not allow traditional Western control units to work normally in it.


What was required was to measure the temperature and humidity inside it, so an electronic board with high thermal tolerance was manufactured to obtain the required readings. The board would then send the readings wirelessly via a local network to an alarm device in the control and monitoring room.
